§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings of holiday apartments and chalets with Christian Vogler Betriebs GmbH, Bödmerstrasse 47, A-6993 Mittelberg (hereinafter "landlord").

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The rental agreement is concluded when the landlord confirms the guest's booking request in writing (by e-mail). Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, these T&Cs become part of the contract.

§ 3 Prices and payment

Prices quoted are per property per night including statutory VAT. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

§ 4 Arrival and departure

Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm. Departure must take place by 10:00 am at the latest. Different times can be arranged by prior agreement.

§ 5 Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 42 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation 41–28 days before arrival: 30% of total price
Cancellation 27–14 days before arrival: 60% of total price
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: 90% of total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

§ 6 Guest obligations

The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation with care and to leave it in a tidy condition upon departure. Any damage must be reported immediately. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

§ 7 Landlord liability

The landlord is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or the behaviour of third parties. Liability is limited to intentional and grossly negligent conduct.

§ 8 Number of persons

The maximum number of persons stated in the offer must not be exceeded. Overcrowding entitles the landlord to immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

§ 9 Applicable law

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Feldkirch, Austria.
